Although Google images will return results, have you tried doing an image search with Google (i.e. where the input isn't words but an image itself). If you can't remember where you saw the image, look through your browser's history or do an image search in the directory where images are cached. The name of the image itself may also give you a clue or something to search on.
Sorry to hear that! :/ Even if you've cleared your browsing history, the image may remain in your cache (unless you cleared that too). If so, just do a Google search for whatever browser you use stores its cache.
Failing all of this, you could try to remember exactly what it was you were searching for when you stumbled on the image the first time around.
well i tried to look but sadly when i clear recent history there are things checkmarked on what to clear and what not to clear and cache is one checkmarked to clear. It really sucks but i guess ill try to retrace my steps and see how i found it to begin with gonna be pretty difficult considering i was browsing randomly.

thanks for the response unfortunately i found the image a while ago and have cleared my browsing history by now. I really just need to find the image not the source but im probably going to have to find the source in order to find the image :\
