So I am a sixteen year old male in Oregon, I asked my parents for money from my savings account has?

...  almost $300 that they made a while ago and they said no. So I asked them if I could get a job to make my own money and they said no. Now I know that legally, they probably can keep me away from the money in the savings account, but by Oregon law, can they deny a minor (myself) an opportunity to get a job?

What, you think this is a free country or something? You are legally a child until you reach the age of majority or as a court otherwise orders. Your parents are responsible for all your assets until then, except that they can not legally take gifts away from you.
