Hello. For scientific research in school I need to conduct a survey among representatives of different countries, so ask for your help. In everyday speech, you call the Westminster tower Big Ben? Did you know that Big Ben is not the name of the tower? In response, select your country, please.
Thank you in advance.
P.S. Sorry for my english

Your English is fine.
I am English and live 30 miles north of London, in answer to your question I know a lot of people from around the world call the tower Big Ben, but of course that is just one of the bells inside it.
I must correct you about the naming of the towers on the Palace of Westminster. None are called Westminster tower, the tower that houses Big Ben is Elizabeth tower, it is the second highest after Victoria tower (which has no bells) and the shorter Central tower which is in the center of the building (the others are at either end).
Hope this helps.
