i have a 3 week old son but he has a bad attitude, often deliberately yelling and crying. when he does this i shout back at him as loudly as i can but that doesn't seem to help. does anyone have any other suggestions for correcting his behavioral problems?

First of all, shouting ain't gone help a thing. When he starts crying, check his diaper. If it doesn't need to be changed, see if he is hungry. If he's not hungry try burping him. Babies are a lot to take care of. They can't tell you what's wrong with them so you have to have the patients to figure it out yourself. He may not feel good. He could be sick. Upset tummy or something. Babies are going to cry ALOT.
i dont think it is a case of bad attitude first your son is just 3weeks old that means he is still a baby and when a baby cries there is a reason for it it can be that your son feels hungry, or hid diaper is already wet or something else also it can that he is not feeling better and when you shout back at your son you just make him feel more bad that why he cries more. The best way i think is to have someone to take care of him someone that understand and knows well how to take care a baby
