What does 14k ROC on the inside of my ring mean?

I have a ring (I believe it's jade) that has this stamped on the inside and can't find anything on what it means.

14K means the entire ring, including all parts and solder, averages 14/24 gold. ROC means Republic Of China, which is the official name of what we call Taiwan.

What we call China is officially the People's Republic of China (PRC).
