What is bright green colour in the zaatar ? Is it natural?

What is a zaatar? My crystal ball is broken.

It’s type of blend of spices.I tried with various foods and mixed with watery substances there comes out bright green colouring which does not look natural to me. Trying to find out what that is.

I assume you put in everything that is in it. Chlorophyll is the only candidate. Malachite is green, but you didn't put any rocks in, did you? Gotta stay in touch with reality, you know.
