he divorced his wife three times in one month. In each time they have intercourse. First time he said that and have intercourse with her and also like the three times. So it could be a divorce three times in one month. I have doubt about this because ihdda over in three months.
First time he said the word divorce because the wife don’t believe what he says and wife saying bad words and insulting him. And that time he was very angry and he said it to make her better person. He thought when he said the word divorce she will stop fighting and she will change. So could it be a divorce??
Both love each other. But the problem is she don’t believe him. So this happened. He don’t want divorce her. But in anger he couldn’t stop saying that word
What is the rule for this type of divorce??

well you can say i want a divorce 4-5 times a month and it an't going anywhere now if he went to the courts and filed one then it would be true paper and all but see his problem is he gets mad enough he says divorce so he has does this enough the wife don't believe him cause he doesn't do it thats why she doesn't believe that he will so she puts on the shrade where she knows how to push his buttons and he knows how to make her change even for a little bit
i didnt get what u said...i want to know what is right way in islam. some says that divorce not count when he is in very anger and he said the word divorce.
