Which unit is responsible for preparing organization chart in a ISO-oriented company?

Within our organisation, that responsibility is delegated by the CEO to the Human Resources department , but is only applied to the senior management levels in accordance with ISO 2.1. Lower levels are dealt with by their own department heads.

(It did actually make those buisness managers day to be asked this question & for someone to take an interest! )
Just looked through ISO9001:2008 which we are accredited & organisational structure is covered by clause 5.5.1 which is of more use & relevance to you than the ISO ref in our COS
