My friends are inviting me to go see his show but I've never heard of him, and I especially don't know what a mentalist is or does? Has anyone seen him and can you tell me what type of show it is?

I saw Carl Swindler in New York with my wife and he was amazing. Basically a mentalist is a magician who uses not only misdirection and sleight of hand but also suggestion, psychology and influence in order to give the perception of being able to read minds and control people's thoughts and behavior. His stage show is called Magic, Hypnosis & Mind Games. My wife and I loved his show, very entertaining and you come out asking the right question. "How did he do that?" If your friends are inviting you to see him, I truly recommend that you go.

The show is set up for the whole audience which make you feel involved. I honestly cannot recommend this show enough; it is guaranteed to leave you wondering and, personally, I had an amazing evening that I'll never forget.
Our meetup group was actually excited to got see Carl Swindler's show. We had an amazing evening of fun entertainment, he is a great performer, very charismatic and has a mesmerizing act. We absolutely loved it.
