Why do people give thanks on thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving is when you have food and your thanking God for all of the things that he has blessed you with. You have to give thanks because if you do then God will know that you appreciate all the things that he did for you and he will like blessing you because you are thankful and maybe he will bless you more. If you do not celebrate then God will not want to bless you because you are not thankful. Hope that helped! :) Please vote up and/or leave a comment! ☺
