Google - If the old reviews for an apartment complex are bad but the ones for the last two years are

I am apartment hunting in Tulsa, OK and I found some apartments that I really like. All of the reviews that were posted 3+ years ago are bad with the exception of two or three, but all of the reviews posted in the last two years are wonderful. Which do I trust? Should I consider them both, or throw out the old reviews since they may be outdated?

i think i would use some from the last 3 years but also use the ones that are up to date that would be the best thing to do i think.
