Some say my voice is like a womans voice and a lots have laughed over me. Its very serious for me because it really makes me concerned. Social life is very important in life and im afraid to talk to people and especially to girls because im afraid they just laugh at me. When I try to make a deeper voice its sounds very weird like in that voice crack vine. It had made my life miserable for a long time and I dont know what kind of a doctor I should visit. Any advice?

That is very important because vocal skills (and a decent voice) improve your earning power more than any other detail. Take vocal training such as drama and/or story telling.
Story tellers:

I don't believe there is a permanent way to change your voice, and honestly speaking, it shouldn't matter. If you meet the person you love, they shouldn't care. But there is a way perhaps... to be proud of having a voice such as yours. Joining a singing group, or a choir can also help. It may not sound great, you might even think it's stupid, but hey, having a different vocal range is something to be proud of.
It is perfectly normal for your voice at the age of 18 to still crack, your voice is not fully developed and settled until your around 25 years old. You don't have to go see a doctor, be proud that you have your own unique range, I would kill for a higher range like that but unfortunatley I don't. So be proud and use it to its advantages.
