Technically peanuts are a plant. They are actually legumes. They come a plant family called Leguminosae, the same family that beans and peas come from. They grow underground as opposed to walnuts and the like. So yes, they are technically plants.

You can use images.google.com to search for a picture that looks like one you have. Then there is video.google.com which indexes much more than just youtube.
