With every law firm advertising class action lawsuits on TV how many have you seen asking for more shampoo victims to join the lawsuit?
If you use quality hair products by reputable companies then yes you can shampoo your hair every day. Use a good shampoo and a rinse. Unless you are doing some type of activity that makes your hair dirty or sweaty every day, i would shampoo every other day. However, asking a question like that makes me have deep concerns about what you consider shampoo to be.
Maybe, maybe not. There is a bewildering variety of soaps and shampoos and conditioners and magic potions of all sorts. Some will dry your skin, some won't. The problem is that some products remove oil, and that means irritated skin if you use them too often. Other types can be used several times a day with no noticeable reaction.
Most people who talk about it say they only shampoo once a week, or maybe not that often. After all, your hair doesn't really get dirty any faster than that.
The best thing for your hair is a soft brushing daily. Shampoo is not that important. I mean, you can tell by the bewildering number of products that there is very little agreement on how to wash hair.
