relatives  invited to prior parties were rude and
inconsiderate - how to have future parties and not invite them

Answer

Simply don't send them an invitation.
You don't need a reason.

Or you can be a grump and put on the bottom of the invitation something to this effect:

FYI:  INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
