... secure auto gate that has not worked for over a week... while there last night two cars pulled into the open gate. I told them it was private and that they needed to leave . they got very offensive and the 4 youths ended up attacking me. while at the hosp I learnt that the compound owners had, had the gate fixed as a result. as they could and should have had the repair done sooner as it was a security risk. is there a case for compensation for my injuries as they failed to maintain a safe environment
