well it depends on those gun laws in pennsylvania and what kinda laws surround those kinda weapons i know they do international checks now as well as state checks you might have a issue with the harassment charges where the gun laws as well as the new laws you would have to see about all the laws and guide lines following gun permits and the waiting period how ever long that is you pass all that stuff they might issue you on but you have to go through the waiting period
