I need some advise. 4 months ago my car was damaged whilst using a drive threw car wash, I have just been told by the claims department that they're not admitting liability as they couldn't find a fault with the car wash. I'm totally disgusted with their decision! I now have a car with a cracked back bumper which is going to cost nearly £500 to repair & for something that wasn't my fault! I tried to fight my case with the guy on phone but he wasn't having any of it, no apology, no nothing!
I want to dispute their decision but don't know where to go from here. Oh & the garage was --SHELL - -

thing is you need to get a attorney and let the attorney fight this for you they can get the job done at least you would know legally if you had a case or not the way they did you can you get your insurance to pay for it and they could go after them for the money if it is suppose to work i would get a attorney thou it would be better for you if you did it can also open the door for more money get attorney that will charge only if they win the case
