11 to 14 % avg for next 10 years return - should be called *BORDER LINE RETURN*
15% to 18% avg for next 10 years retuen- should be called *GOOD RETURN*
19% to 22% avg for next 10 years return - should be called *VERY GOOD RETURN*
22% and above avg for next 10 years rerurn - should be called *EXCELLENT RETURN*
