ok, so my cousin has a manual transmission truck that when he speeds up and/or shifts gears his truck makes a high pitched wining sound, my neighbor told me that it is made from the exhaust system, but i don't know exactly what makes the high pitched sound when speeding up, the sound is also produced when semis are speeding up, and i also need to know where i can buy the right equipment to make this sound possible on any truck
How do I find out what makes the high pitched sound on trucks when the truck speeds up?

Well, "truck" can mean anything. And lots of things make noise. Modern trucks are so quiet that manufacturers put noise makers in them because customers expect a truck to sound like a truck. All in all, we have no idea what you have there.
