My dog has been used to using the restroom inside so well that he won't go anywhere else, and we want to switch to outdoors. Whats the best way to train her to go outside?

Recommendation: Put the dog on a leash, outside (preferably) for about 15 minutes or so. He (or she) should begin the process almost immediately. Repeat until the dog believes it second nature.
