To define Anthropolgy, it is all about Humanity. Humanity tackles different kinds of personality, characteristics, lifestyle, etc. of every people.
And this is important in a customer service job because it involves how we socialize to other people, how we treat our customers, how we are going to handle them in terms of unfortunate events and how we are dedicated to ensure their satisfaction from the services we provide.
