This is such a goofy question it doesn't deserve a straight answer. For starters, Argentina didn't exist until 1853, and it is about 2500 miles north-south, and you have not specified a starting point. There were few roads, and a big part of the trip would be through mountains, and 90 miles between continents is so muddy that no roads exist to this day. When all details have been specified, ... it depends on how fast a person could walk.
