I went to apple for help and discovered that mails are not on my lap top but on yahoo computers. I have not found the possibility to comunicate yahoo that all my mails (-4) had disappeared. I have asked a question about recovering lost mail but so far (3 days) no answer. Some mails are legal matter very important to me. I really need help

At first, Apple is not your e-mail provider they don't have to troubleshoot this. Yahoo I guess has their own SLA policy which describes that they have some time before they get back to you, because there are a lot of users who need support and they go one by one in the queue. And finally, i am not sure that somebody will return your e-mails, because Yahoo, do not recover deleted items, if only they will find out that the issue is on their side.
It may get deleted by you anyhow but there is nothing to worry about it as the Yahoo deleted mail can be recovered. Firstly you need to check your trash folder of the Yahoo account. Because the deleted mails once send to the Yahoo trash folder from inbox. From there you can move the mail from trash to inbox by selecting the email and there will be option provided to move the mail on the top of the mail.
Other than if the trash folder also not having your mail then you can to recover or restore the mail of your Yahoo account.
