I really need a step by step of who to talk to or call about this stuff from one state to another like that i live in oregon with no where to go or have anything sent to me from. I also didnt do them the year before because i couldn't figure it out on my own so i gave up and now apparently it actually matters if i do or not. I dont have any paperwork or know my exact dates for hardly any of my past jobs just the general time...
