How to make two pictures into one picture??

i have one picture and the other one i want my picture to be with the other pic so it will be a whole picture. is that possible?? any apps or easier photo editor??

it's real ez you just take the two photos and piss on them and then eat them and shit the photo's out and take the crusty remains from the photo and put it on the usb and then lick it then put it in your computer and run paint :)
