I have An Minolta Maxxum 7000i SLR camera it requires a Roll to take pictures which can only be printed but it has an Card Slot also so i was wondering if i can get these pics on a pc through that card? is it possible to get pics taken from this camera onto a pc ?

had a look at the model, it is a very old (1985) film device. unfortunatelly you will not be able to download to a PC. the only work around is: print the photos on paper and then scan them into the PC
No there isnt any USB port there is just a Card Slot.
