I I want to go to the UAE to study the IB but my dad doesn't want that, how do I convince him?

My mum lives in the UAE and has offered to let me go to a private school which costs around 1600 pounds a month to go to, I'm failing my A levels here in UK, and I really want to go but my dad hates her and doesn't want me to go, what should I do??
