I think i would be calling a pet store or a veternarian that deals with theses type of pets does he act sick?You could also see if you could find a book on them that tells you what to feed them and what not to feed them
Are you feeding it only carrots? If so, this is a major problem. Carrots are healthy for guinea pigs in moderation, but large quantities can hurt them. I suggest you take your guinea pig to the vet.
