I want to become a vegetarian because I have a strong love for animas and I've seen the movie earthlings and I don't like how they r treated in the slaughter houses! Any tips? Pros nd cons?

well you need to know and learn all the vegetables that can be a substitute for protein that came from animals also have a balanced diet with different kind of vegetables to sustain all the nutrients your body needed and specially your budget i think it is more costly

I eliminated animal products slowly. First the meat went. About a year later, I eliminated poultry. Then fish and seafood. I am now lacto-ovo.
