I had texted the kid i like asking him if it annoyed him when i would text him but unfortunately i never got a response back. About 2 or 3 weeks later i had sent him a text telling him to be careful in the street because cops were everywhere stopping everyone and besides saying thank you he replies with a response to my message from 2 to 3 weeks prior saying this "Thank you and btw no it doesnt annoy me when you text me the only thing that gets me mad is that i cant reply sometimes cause im always busy so i know u feel like im ignoring you." What i want to know is what he meant by that message. & if there is some sort of feelings because a guy that doesnt like a girl wouldnt care to give her an answer especially 2 to 3 weeks later.

I disagree with the above answer. If he wanted to transmit the fact that he does not like you he would not say so 'I know u feel like I am ignoring you'. He is not exactly saying he likes you he rather seem to play the game of keeping you 'warm' for reasons I can not know. I would reply something like 'do not worry I am also very busy these days, sometimes I even forget to eat so virtually no time to think of me. however I like you and would like to have a coffee or something when we are both free'
I disagreee a little with you because a guy who doesnt like the girl wouldnt care to even respond to the message at all , and the fact that almost an entire month later he responded to that message shows alot
