If England was to be 26 degrees and Tenerife was to be the same would the temp be hotter in Tenerife

You really need to work on presentation. What you have here does not make sense. Do you mean 26 degrees Fahrenheit, or 26 degrees Celsius, or 26 degrees latitude? And same what?

Tenerife is 28°16′7″N 16°36′20″W and London is 51°30′N 0°7′W so Tenerife is about 23° closer to the equator, which means a generally hotter climate. Besides that, England is right out in the current coming south from the North Sea and the Arctic Ocean, so England is a generally colder climate. You can look up both in wikipedia.org for more details.
