I want to get married for my church in order to take communion but I don't want anyone to know about it. Including family! I just want to be right with God. If I get married and the paper is filed who is notified of the marriage? I do not want to change my name either. How do I find out who knows in the state of Kansas

I never heard of any church where marriage had anything to do with communion.
Getting married does not change your name. You have to go to the driver license office and get a new license with the new name on it, and they don't care if you are married or not, they just record all the names you ever used.
If you get a marriage license and record the ceremony, the marriage is reported in the local newspaper. You do not need a license, and you do not need a ceremony, but if you do the usual traditions it is a publicly recorded fact.
That is not a sin. The book of Romans carefully explains that sins don't count any more. Either you believe in Jesus and are saved, or you don't believe and are lost.
Read a chapter of Proverbs every day. Proverbs has 31 chapters so you can keep your place by just looking at a calendar. There is no religion or nothing in Proverbs and you don't have to believe anything. Just read to find wisdom. When you are comfortable with that, then read the bible from Romans to 2 Thessalonians over and over until you start to remember what it says. That is the part that applies to Christians.
