... it in Malaysia.. Will it matter where i get it from? I mean either way i will have my masters end of the day. Or should i still try go to the UK and finish it

It doesn't matter much whether Malaysia or UK. There are some top ranked Universities in Malaysia too. Since expense is a big issue, that's the best option you can go for!
