Is a 14 year old (minor) allowed to workout at Planet Fitness by himself with the consult of parent?

I doubt that there is any rule about minors not being able to stay fit.
In any case, if i were you, I would simply call the fitness center that you are planning to attend and ask whether they have any rules regarding minor customers.
