Is,it,legal,to carry a sword in public arizona?

Arizona law states that it is legal, but it must be visable, or you must have a CCW (Carrying a Concealed Weapon - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concealed_carry_in_the_United_States)
Items like Sword Canes are considered concealed.
