Looking for official resources that deal with lyrics by artists from the 1960s. Especially for artists such as Rufus Thomas and other Soul/Funk artists. Examples would be songs such as "Soul Man" - there seems to be no source of data for lyrics.
It seems almost impossible to find official data. I am specifically NOT looking for websites such as mylyrics.com or anything related to unofficial data.
I would me very thankful for any suggestions, ideas, ...you name it
