i only have this on my left eye. I also have had this ever since i was born and can still control my eye normally except when i open and close my mouth does anyone know what this is?

If you are concerned about it you should consult a doctor.
Regarding you specific case I is unlikely that these muscles are connected since they are far apart and muscles cannot activate other muscles.
But it is possible that your nerve pathways for this two movements are interfering with each other at some point between brain and nerve ending. In this case you might be able to train yourself separated movements.
