Need to replace grids on sliding patio door, where to go? How to find out type of door?

I need to find some place where i can buy a new grid for my sliding patio door, because i do not want to replace the entire door. If you know anywhere, how to do that, or where to find what type of door and grids i would even need, PLEASE let me know!!!

the only places i know of are Home Depot and Lows.
