Uber driver was holding GPS device in his hands all the down, also got rude and mad when I told him that. If I complain, can he sue me? How can I prove this? I was like abused. I had to stop talking as he got very angry. He said he knew I was tired and he was tired as well, used the word 'bullshit'. Also said I can take off if I wished.

i would call uber and complain about it through them unless you signed something saying that if you complained they could sue you theses would tell me that you shouldn't have to put up with that kinda behavior no matter who the person is driving for i would think you have a right not to be treated that way i would at least call and ask did he apoligize for his behavior ?that would be what i would do does the same guy get you all the time or is it different ones?
