Should I say on my CV that I only want a job for a year?

Just as title says, I'm looking to get a new job but only for around a year due to moving, should I say this is my CV or not?

yeah employers need to know this stuff so they can not employ you and save wasting their time and yours with an interview process. just lie like everyone else and say you have a phd in watching ice melt on a radiator.
