What is a quick and sure-fire way to fix a sore neck??? I have an extremely sore neck, I've had it for 12 hour (from ten last now and it's now 9:40 the next morning) and thanks to it I barely got sleep. I have to be at work in 3 hours! Does ANYONE know of SOMETHING I can do?? I can barely move my head or stand I doubt I'll be able to drive (doctors OR work) I need any help I can get!

If I was you, I'll postpone work, and go to an doctor, but for now just keep your neck upright or lay down, with your head up, (Like on an pillow).
If its that painful, and you can't even stand, get an phone if you can and get rushed to the hospital, an sore neck, that bad, yeah its not good.

P.S Oh and take some pain-killers, I am assuming your over 18, so take 2 good strong painkillers and if you really want to take some Muscle Pain Medication.
