... off . If I work more days I get the same pay . If I work, let's say 4 days I get less pay . Isn't it supposed to be 500$ even if I work less then 5 days ? And are holidays supposed to be paid ? And could my boss get in-trouble for not paying us the day he's suppose to pay us ? Sometimes he goes day with paying us, even when we tell him everyday

if your working 5 days this would seem to be right if you are paid by salary if you were getting paid by the hour i think it would be getting paid more so to speak it sounds like your boss thinks he can make the rules when it comes to getting paid thats not right if enough people complained about it he would probably pay on time mabe also his prioritys aren't in the right place you could call labor and industries on him if enough people made them aware of the situation they would investigate on the way he does stuff if someone threatened to call them he would probably straighten right up
