I have rented a Hotspot for 2 weeks from my local library and I’ve been using their hotspot services for a few months now, how ever the hotspot that I’m renting right now isn’t connecting my devices. I’m using my Google Chromebook laptop that I got for free after schools around the country were allowed to reopen, I haven’t used my laptop in quite a while but I have just started using it again. I’m on the settings page right now for the hotspot, and it says that the local network has passed, but the name resolution failed (can’t resolve DNS). What might be the issue here? Of all the other hotspots I’ve rented out for 2 weeks have worked just fine but this one seems to be the only one that has been an issue. The signal strength is excellent it says, everything else is great but for the DNS. Please help me resolve this problem! Thank you so much.
