I am 17 and doing my A level media coursework on Baz Luhrmann and Wes Anderson movies and now I have to create a movie trailer.
As far as I know Adobe premiere pro does not allow this. If you could recommend a software I would be willing to pay for it as long as could add cool colour and change its brightness and perhaps get a cartoon like effect. Please answer and I would be open to ideas of how I can create a video with cool colour on a low budget.
Thank you
What editing software can I use which allows me to effect colour in my video? Free or paid?

I use two video editing software, Adobe Effect and TunesKit Acemovi, both of them can add the color effect to video, the former may be a little complicated and difficulty to use for beginner but it's more professional and complex function, while the latter is super simple and easy to start even for a beginner, you can start a video project quickly and efficiently.
