w\What happens if you miss your court date for a DUI in Vancouver and it has not even been one day. Do you still have time and can you still have the chance for diversion?

I'm in the US, I don't have a clue how Canadian court sytem works. But if anything like here I wouldn't sit around waiting to find out and discover a warrant for your arrest the next time you get pulled over for something. Get down to the courthouse say you missed the date and take care of the problem. Much better than ignoring it!
