I have to write a paper about a health related program supported by the federal government, other than Medicare, that has been terminated or experienced cut-backs by a new policy. I have been thinking and researching and I just can't come up with a program. Do you know of any programs that have been terminated or experienced cut-backs due to a new policy?

they stopped people from going to their drs under regular care and they took that away and now they have to go to managed care the legislature caused this couldn't leave it alone and now if your dr isn't in that managed care then you have to look for another dr who is involved in managed care
