What if George W. Bush were president first, and then Bill Clinton?

How do you think that President Clinton would have handled 9/11?  The Invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan?  How would he have dealt with the situation?

Answer

The president is like the figurehead on the bow of a ship. He has no control over where the ship of state goes, but he is always the first person on the scene. The president's wife might have more influence than the president.
