What is the word for a young adult who doesn't work or go to school?

I read a wiki page about it a while ago but forgot the word. It was an acronym that started with IN I believe. Like INEE or something like that.

"Deadbeat" is the only single word I could find. That seems to be such a common condition that no particular word is needed.
