What would happen if there is no HR(Human Resource) in a certain company?

Hi I am Mary Angeline Ramos, i need answers to my question this is for study purpose.
Without HR, there will be a possibility that the other employee will join a union because
HR is the labor relations specialists that advises the management.
HR plays a crucial role in the company by executing a company strategy plan, he/she helps or supports strategic implementation in numerous other ways. If there is no HR in the company then no one will execute strategic plan for the company's goal.
Not having HR is a difficult situation in some companies, because HR are traditionally the one who practices and responsible for environmental issues, workplace justice law, safety and health concerns.
The Role of HR in a company is to examine every person who wants to be part of it. Thus, they are the one who will train or orient every employee for this will determines the fortune success of the company itself.
HR will also determine if the person who wishes to be part of the company is qualified enough for the requirements. without the help of the HR there will be a possible chaos in the company.
We all know that HR is the traditional way of practice now in the company, they train, hire etc. because they improve profits and have the ethical consideration with right behavior concerns.
Hr is the one who support ethics management for their company without the presence of HR these will be no build trust with each other and also to the company.
Managing a company with lots of technical, problems is not easy, with the HR they have the large responsibility to make sure that every transactions go smoothly.
It's no easy to have company without HR even though there are some companies that don't have HR management but still not 100% successful because HR is the one who oversee smooth and successful employee, turnover and separation if needed.
The role of HR is not an easy role, because 1 HR person is to 100 employee, imagine how you can handle such employees.
As i heard or observe in my workplace, HR is very busy with their work; they monitor the employee, train and fix the things that needed to be fix, without HR company will be in trouble in handling employees.
Without HR there is no conducting of job analysis (to determine the nature of each employees job).
Job placement will be unsatisfactory, there will be chaos and misunderstanding in various Work places. Wrong Person in a wrong place.
HR are those who will facilitate recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation management and organizational development of a company. So it is very hard for a company to deal with all those things well since only HR can handle those tasks. Therefore, most probably, the employees may feel dissatisfied and may not retain in the company if those aforementioned are not well provided.
I heard that there are some company that don't have HR yet they are successfully handling all their problems and achieve their goals.
